A beautiful one bedroom flat in Clapham Common, London SW4.
The area is gorgeous:
4-5 Min walk to Clapham Common tube station (on the Northern Line) and all the shops/bars/restaurants of Clapham High Street.
Buses from almost outside incl:
35 (Shoreditch/Putney) 37 (Peckham/Putney) 137 (Marble Arch/Streatham) 417 (Clapham Common/Crystal Palace)
The 35 and 137 run 24 hours
Brixton is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus (35 or 37) for the Victoria line and shops/entertainment.
There is plenty of small shops, pubs and food places right near the flat. There is also a Gymboree nursery 2 doors down if you have small children.
The bedroom is large and light, with a double bed, TV, clothing-storage etc.
The kitchen is large and has all the things you need. There is a small living area connected to the kitchen which has a table, stools and a chaise lounge for relaxing.
The bathroom is average-sized and has a strong shower.
Parking permits are available but must be arranged in advance.
There is wifi access. There would be somebody local on call to help with any problems.
The flat is available to rent from 1 October 2012 until the 15 November. For this entire duration, the rental fee (bills included) would be £2500.
It would not be let for less than 1 month for a fee of £2000.
Passports, references and upfront payment via Paypal to protect both parties would be needed to secure the rental.
