The apartment is located near to Hammersmith Bridge and has a balcony and fine views over the river. The apartment is on the third floor and is a duplex apartment. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, shower room, two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and a fully fitted kitchen. The second floor is a spacious and bright open plan main reception room which is fully glazed and open to the river front for access to the balcony and views over the river. The apartment shares a communal garden.

Just 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith underground station and local shops. This is a very popular riverside location and has lots of great pubs, restaurants and green open space along the river. The Riverside Studio is nearby.
You will be sharing with a friendly 26 year female professional. You will have the larger double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and we share all the other flat facilities. I am looking for a like minded (female) housmate. This means you will fun but also considerate, honest, and responsidle. Respect for each others space is important. We share cleaning and keeping the flat neat and tidy. No smoking please.
Monthly rent is £700 paid direct to the Landlord. Council tax, TV, water, electricty and gas are extra and shared between us. The landlord also requires a small deposit.
